Hi everyone. The end of another month has flown up on us .....
Here is a flavour of what we have done this week
Maths
The children reinforced their learning of 12 and 24hr clocks. They read TV guides and timetables to work out how long things took. They finished by challenging each other with problem solving questions.
English
We had the fun experience of creating our very own creatures after reading our story about a Yeti. The children described their creature in as much detail and their classmate then had to draw it to see if it matched.
Irish
We have moved on to learning about An t-Earrach (Spring). This week the kids used the verbs chonaic agus chuala (saw and heard) in their various tenses.
