In English this week we explored WW11. Our learning journey took us through The attack on Pearl Harbour, the Blitz, D-Day, and the Holocost. The children cemented their learning by discussing , writing and watching videos to bring history to life.
In Maths the children have further developed their problem-solving skills through our Junior Entrepreneur programme by facing real business challenges, working in groups fosters brainstorming ideas 💡 thinking outside the box. We continue to develop our maths skills over the coming weeks through this programme.
Along with the JEP we have been working on composite and prime numbers this week.
In Irish we were discussing Turas Scoile (school tours) Áit (Place) Dáta (Date) . The children read about a school tour , answered questions and played games to enhance their learning.
