On the 10th and 11th of December, we kicked off the Christmas celebrations with our annual Christmas shows. 🎄
🎁 Junior & Senior Infants performed
"Whoops-a-Daisy Angel", which was a fantastic twist on the story of the birth of the baby Jesus.
🎁 1st & 2nd class joined together to perform
"Gnome Alone", telling the story of Norma the elf, giving us lots of laughs along the way.
🎁 3rd & 4th class came together and performed "Penguin Pete", telling the funny tale of a Penguin on a journey to visit Santa Claus in the North Pole and all the characters he met along the way.
🎁 5th class performed "A Christmas Carol", a fantastic performance reminding us all of the true meaning of Christmas, with some fun Christmas songs included to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. 🎅
🎁 6th class performed their last Christmas show in Scoil Eoin Baiste. Mrs. Locke and the 6th class pupils came together to write their own Christmas show based on their memories of their time in Scoil Eoin Baiste, a fantastic effort by all and everyone played a part to make it a really memorable performance.
They ended the show with their rendition of Feliz Navidad, which got everyone off their seats, clapping and joining in! ✨
The shows were a wonderful success and a huge thank you to all the staff, teachers, pupils and their families for the huge effort made by all to ensure a wonderful start to the Christmas season! ☃
Well done to all the winners from our annual Christmas raffles, lots of fantastic prizes on the day! 🏆
