Our Spooky Two Weeks at School
27th Oct 2024
The past two weeks have been a whirlwind of spooky fun and learning! In English we delved into a world of witches by reading captivating stories and enchanting poems about them.
Halloween fever hit our school as we dressed up. The hallway was filled with ghosts, goblins and of course, witches!
In maths we tackled the challenges of long multiplication and division. It can be tricky but with lots of practice and learning our time tables
Congratulations to Mason our pupil of the week.
Congratulations to Samuel and Faye for guessing the correct amount of sweets in the tub.

We explored Samhain ( Halloween) in Irish and learnt about the history of Halloween. One of our highlights was our visit to the nursing home, where the residents challenged us with a Halloween-themed quiz. Competing with the residents was great fun and a wonderful way to connect with them.
